In shaping this residence, the client sought a design that felt distinct and removed from familiar aesthetics. In response, the interior embraces a darker, atmospheric palette that creates a tranquil refuge from everyday life.
Inspired by the imagery of a tropical rainforest, the material composition draws from the richness of tree trunks, bark, moss, and flowing water. Dark wood grains anchor the interior, balanced by soft and airy elements to maintain visual harmony. A bespoke installation inspired by rainforest textures further strengthens the connection to nature, while ambient lighting casts a soft glow that enhances the calm and intimate character of the home.
